Small World Labs

Monday, May 3 through Wednesday, May 5 Small World Labs will be attending the Social Media & Community 2.0 Strategies conference in Boston along with online community client Scottrade. The conference is designed to bring together the top thought leaders and practitioners in social media and community management.

Nina Card, online community manager at Scottrade, will be presenting the history of Scottrade’s community as well as share some of the best practices they have developed during the past two years. These best practices have helped Scottrade build the most active customer social network in its industry. Nina will also be sharing much-anticipated hard numbers demonstrating the positive ROI that Scottrade has realized from its community implementation.

Also attending on behalf of Scottrade will be Kristin McDougall Grupas, Jason Oldhan, and other members of the Scottrade community team. Michael Wilson will be attending for Small World Labs.
