Michael Wilson, CEO

Prior to founding Small World Labs, Michael served as the Director of Product Management at Coremetrics, a leading provider of web analytics solutions. As head of the group, Michael's responsibilities included delivering new products and services, evaluating new markets, and assessing partner technologies. Before Coremetrics, Michael founded Wilson & Company, a return on investment consulting company. Prior to that, Michael was a management consultant for R. B. Webber & Company (a spin-off of McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group associates) where he led projects for high-tech companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Sprint, FedEx, ReSound (a hearing assistance accessories provider), and several start ups that were later acquired by larger companies, such as Cisco and Vignette.

Michael holds a B.A. in economics with summa cum laude and departmental honors from Yale University, and has also completed studies at Oxford University.

Miles Sims, VP of Product Management

Prior to joining Small World Labs, Miles held various positions at AT&T including roles on the U-verse IPTV team and the product marketing team working directly with Yahoo! on the AT&T Yahoo! Partnership. After his time at AT&T, Miles successfully launched and managed his own start-up company in the social commerce and online apparel arena. Miles has an extensive product background that includes social media technologies, web services, online security products, online communications services and is considered a thought leader in creative solution finding in today's more complicated social media environment.

Miles holds a B.S. in Communications from Tarleton State University.

David Glenn, VP of Sales & Marketing

Prior to joining Small World Labs, David led the product management team at AT&T where he created and launched the US's largest broadband service (AT&T Yahoo! DSL). In David's career, he has been a part of and helped to fund five different start-up companies as well as holding various leadership positions such as Sales, Marketing and Strategy for these companies. David has worked for and with Fortune 500 companies like AT&T, Cisco, Sun MicroSystems and Yahoo!.

David holds a B.S. in Marketing with summa cum laude honors from La Salle University.

Wells Oliver, Director of Technology

Prior to joining Small World Labs, Wells held the position of solutions architect for Akona Systems where he worked to design and deliver internal products for Microsoft and various other clients. Before that he worked as a systems engineer for HouseValues, Inc., a Seattle-area startup providing technology services to real estate professionals, where he was a key member of a small team who developed HomePages.com, a premiere online maps-based search engine for homebuyers.

Wells holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Heather Havins, Director of Client Services

Prior to joining Small World Labs, Heather was a Project Manager at Digital Motorworks, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing. In this role she was responsible for managing delivery of web products and data services to Fortune 100 companies in the automotive space, including General Motors and Ford Motor Company.

Heather holds a B.A. in Communications from Southwest Texas State University.

Jake Angerman, Director of Professional Services

As the director of professional services, Jake leads the technical team responsible for delivering the Small World Labs online community platform to customers. Prior to Small World Labs, Jake held technical and customer-facing roles at Motive, BroadJump, Tivoli Systems, and CompuServe.

Jake holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Science Engineering from The Ohio State University.
