Social Software Shoot-out

On Wednesday, June 11, Small World Labs and Telligent will be co-hosting a white label social media software debate at the Enterprise 2.0 conference in Boston. Participants will include Michael Wilson, CEO of Small World Labs; Rob Howard, CEO of Telligent; Aaron Strout, Vice President of New Media of Mzinga; and Sam Lawrence, CMO of Jive Software.

Unlike the cowboys of the wild west, these panelists have braved a far more dangerous frontier, social networking. While CEO Michael Wilson is no stranger to the range, he realizes the educational opportunity that this debate presents for all attendees, "The point behind this social networking shoot-out we’ve organized is to educate these leaders on the differentiators between the leading vendors, to help them recognize which vendor’s approach best fits their needs and to create a platform for an open exchange of question and answer while in a fun, no-pressure environment."

Moderator, Matthew Lees, Consultant and Vice President of the Patricia Seybold Group, will be there to lead dialogue and corral panelist, should things get out of hand. Lees, who is currently researching customer communities and social networking, brings more than 15 years of experience to the showdown.

Unfortunately, the OK Corral was completely booked and hosts had to settle on the Burroughs Room of the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel. The shoot-out will directly follow the conference reception.
